GI Adviser
To provide a high quality, compliant advice service to network clients through appropriate research and recommendations of B&C products suitability for the client. To provide existing customers with a high quality, compliant advice service to maximise each transaction in order to deliver business income targets, ensuring that amended and renewed business is processed in line with agreed department procedures and turnaround times.
Commercial and General Insurance Adviser
To provide a high quality, compliant advice service to network clients through appropriate research and recommendations of product suitability for the client, renewal and amendment of specialist and standard commercial and general insurance policies.
Member Contact Consultant
Provide a telephone based support service for the proactive management and first time resolution of member queries to support the delivery of the Personal Touch Proposition.
Finance Apprentice
To process commission received into the bank account onto Toolbox accurately and in a timely manner, for onwards payment to Personal Touch members, in order to achieve set service delivery standards.
Member Competence Consultant
Support the membership in understanding and managing the risk and control requirements within their own business at AR and RI level through supervision and assessment of competency levels in line with requirements of the network T&C scheme and published appetite for risk.
