There are four parts to the dynamics of our business.
The end consumer is the central dynamic and is at the heart of what members, we and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) do.
The Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) purpose is to protect the end consumer and ensure that they are treated fairly. In order to achieve this, they regulate the financial services industry in the UK and promote healthy competition between financial services providers.
As a network, Personal Touch provides business, technical and regulatory support to a community of more than 550 highly qualified member firms. We predominantly focus on the mortgage and protection sector, however we also support general insurance members, and investment and pensions members too.
Personal Touch members pay a membership fee to join our network. In return they receive support for their advisers, development for their businesses and protection for the end consumer.
As a result the end consumer receives high quality advice and the best solutions for their needs from our members.
