I’ve worked in financial services for over 35 years, working for a number of businesses over this time. This has included banking, life insurance sectors, product providers and distributors.

I’m a highly qualified, professional director with vast experience in all aspects of the regulated financial services sector. I have experience of senior management in distribution and operations. This included propositions, technology, business development, customer management and new ventures.

I’ve played a significant part in developing and implementing the business strategies to meet commercial and regulatory targets.

I have excellent technical knowledge across a wide range of areas in financial services, including: TCF, RDR, MMR, MCD and technology

Previous Roles

My most recent roles before joining Personal Touch include being a regional manager (Midlands – South West) with Zurich Advice Network.

I previously worked as program manager for Park Row Associates for four years. I was primarily responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the business, with the objective of providing a high quality and cost effective service to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, I was responsible for implementing new technology solutions, TCF across the business, the IT security policy and holistic financial planning tools. I also oversaw the launch of Park Row Annuity Service and the relationship management of major business partners.

Following this, I set up my own consultancy business, Esperto Business Solutions. The key focus for the business was designing and implementing business strategies for medium and large IFA businesses.
